About the  author –

Joseph lives in Northern California, along the Mendocino Coast. He is married, has two sons, three grandchildren, and two cats.

He loves the northern wine country, which inspired his first novella, “A Vintage To Die For.”

Joseph also writes short stories. Two of which have won top honors in Writers Digest competitions. “Emerging Behavior” garnered a top-ten position in 2023. “Twice Pierced” received honorable mention in both 2023, and again in 2025.

Among his current projects in the “Harlan Thane Mystery Series”, he is working on the sequel to “Vintage,” entitled “Second Harvest,” which is due spring of 2026.
